Casement crank handle operator is constructed of a diecast with a 9 in. steel arm and a hardened steel worm gear mechanism. It features a square body and mounts on the left side of the window, when viewing the window from the inside looking out. This operator is used on older steel-framed casement windows, with a pair of mounting holes spaced at 3-7/8 in. and another at 4-3/4 in. on center. A crank handle and installation fasteners are included with this casement operator.
